With the rapid development of southern Xinjiang＇s power, the talent training scheme of electrical engineering professional in Tarim university was introduced from professional orientation, students ＇ mastering of knowledge and reform measures. The reform included the core curriculum positioning, the increase of characteristic courses and the optimization of course system.
