摘要
机会主义行为是影响产品创新成败的关键因素之一,文章从构建制造商-供应商合作产品创新数学模型入手,分析了制造商-供应商一对一合作产品创新应满足的条件,探讨了产品创新中制造商-供应商行为选择和效果,认为合作产品创新中机会主义的行为选择与节点企业合作依赖性、资源投入的相对量和绝对量、资产专用性密切相关.
Opportunism behavior is one of the key factors affecting the success or failure of product innovation.Starting from the construction of the mathematical model of the manufacturer-supplier in collaboration product innovation,this paper analyzed the conditions for one-on-one collaboration product innovation and discussed the behavior choices and effects of the manufacturer-supplier.The conclusion showed that the opportunism behavior choices were related to the dependency of node enterprise cooperation,the quantity of invested resources and asset specificity.
