锰渣陶土外墙保温轻质瓷砖的制备及力学性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 以锰渣、陶土、碳化硅、耐火纤维为主要原料,经混合、成型、干燥和烧成等工艺制得锰渣陶土外墙保温轻质瓷砖.实验通过测定不同的锰渣含量和烧结温度,对样品的抗折强度、吸水率进行分析.实验结果表明:当锰矿渣粉质量分数20%、氮气环境下烧结、烧结温度850℃时,产品吸水率、抗折强度达到最佳效果.通过XRD分析得知产品含有大量的锰元素,表明试验在高温下保留了锰的原有形态.试验样品具有耐高温、高强度、抗腐蚀性等一系列优良性能. Taking manganese slag,clay,silicon carbide and refractory fiber as the main raw material,the lightweight tiles for exterior wall thermal insulation wall insulation with manganese slag clay were prepared through mixing,molding,drying and firing processes.The flexural strength and bibulous rate of the sample were analyzed by measuring different manganese slag content and sintering temperature.The experimental data showed that:under the environment of nitrogen sintering,the flexural strength and bibulous rate got to the best effects with 20% manganese slag content and the 850 ℃ sintering temperature.Through XRD analysis,the samples still contained large amounts of manganese elements which showed that they retained the original forms of manganese with a series of excellent performance such as high temperature resistance,strong flexural strength and corrosion resistance.
