上海市社区护士冠心病管理培训现状与需求的调查分析

Survey and analysis of status quo of coronary heart disease management training of community nurses in Shanghai city and their demands to it

[目的]了解上海市社区护士冠心病管理培训现状及需求,并探讨其影响因素。[方法]采用自编社区护士冠心病管理培训现状与需求调查问卷对上海市236家社区卫生服务中心的706名社区护士进行问卷调查。[结果]51.4%的上海市社区护士曾接受过冠心病管理培训,且受社区工龄的影响;培训需求总分为(44.45±5.01)分。[结论]上海市社区护士的冠心病管理培训现状一般,社区护士的培训需求强烈。相关部门应积极采取多种措施,有重点、保质保量地为社区护士提供冠心病管理培训机会。

Objective：To understand the status quo of coronary heart disease management training of community nurses in Shanghai city and their demands to it,and probe into its influencing factors.Methods：A total of 706 community nurses in 236 community health service centers in Shanghai received questionnare survey by using self-prepared status quo and demand of coronary heart disease management training of community nurses questionnaire.Results：51.4% of community nurses in Shanghai had received the coronary heart disease management training,that was affected by the length of service in community;the total score of training demands was 44.45±5.01.Conclusion：The status quo of coronary heart disease management training of community nurses in Shanghai is general,the training demand of community nurses is strong.The relevant departments should take various measures to provide opportunities of coronary heart disease management training for community nurses with quality and quantity assurance and focusedly.
