Four Dimensions of Circular Economy Study

节能减排、低碳环保是时代的呼唤,也是生态文明的内在要求,循环经济正是在时代的呼唤中应运而生的。从长远来看,发展循环经济是中国经济健康持续发展的必由之路。从本质上讲,循环经济是一种生态型经济。"减量化"、"再利用"与"再循环"是循环经济的三个基本原则。从理论渊源上说,循环经济思想应该追溯到马克思那里。尽管马克思生前没有使用"循环经济"这一术语,但其著作中却蕴含着大量有关"物质循环利用"的思想,这为今天发展循环经济的实践奠定了坚实的理论基础。探索和挖掘马克思的思想资源,对生态文明建设具有重要的现实意义。

Energy-saving and emission-reduction, low-carbon environmental protection are the call of the times and are also the inherent requirements of ecological civilization. In other words, circular economy emerges as the times require. In the long term, developing the circular economy is the inevitable route for the sustained and sound development of China＇s economy. In essence, the circular economy is a kind of ecological economy. ＂Reduction＂, ＂re-use＂ and ＂recycling＂ are the three basic principles of circular economy. In terms of the theoretical source, the thought of circular economy should be traced back to Marx. Although Marx did not use the term of＂circular economy＂, his works really contains a large number of ＂material recycling＂ thought, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the practice of developing circular economy today. The exploration of Marx＇ thought resources is of important realistic significance to the ecological civilization construction.
