高性能计算在科研领域具有广泛的应用和重要的地位,是提高科研创新能力的重要手段.高校作为国家科技创新的重要基地,纷纷建立各自的高性能计算公共服务平台,以提升学校的科研实力与水平.本文旨在通过学习、借鉴国内外高校及科研院所高性能计算平台的运行、管理经验,总结目前国内高校校级高性能计算公共服务平台在建设及使用中存在的问题,提出应对的合理化建议,从而提高平台建设的有效性和使用效益.

High performance computing,as an important way to improve the innovative capability,has extensive applications in the field of scientific research.As bases of science and technology innovation,universities have been setting up high-performance computing service platform respectively to enhance their research strength.According to the operation and management experiences of the high performance computing platform of universities and research institutes at home and abroad as a reference,we summed up the construction difficulties for high performance computing service platform in domestic universities,put forward some reasonable suggestions,so as to improve the effectiveness of the platform construction and use efficiency.
