摘要
介绍了SaaS的概念.综述高校SaaS应用的进展与效果,分析了SaaS应用进展缓慢的原因.以北京大学自主研发的两个SaaS应用——网上支付接口服务系统以及通用注册系统为例,提出了在高校内部应用SaaS的一种新途径和解决方案,为高校信息化中如何应用SaaS提供成功范例.
Introduce the SaaS concept.Review the previous research on SaaS application in university;analyze the reasons which made the SaaS model hard to implement.Propose a new way for the application of SaaS in a university with available solutions.As an example,introduce the design of two independently developed SaaS software already run in Peking University—the Internet Payment Interface Service System and Common Registration System.
