神经内镜经鼻视神经管减压术治疗外伤性视神经病变11例诊治体会

Diagnosis and treatment of 11 cases of traumatic optic neuropathy under nerve endoscope optic canal decompression through nose

目的探讨经鼻神经内镜下视神经减压术治疗外伤性视神经病变的方法和效果。方法总结11例外伤性视神经病变的病例,伤后3 d内行神经内镜经鼻视神经管减压术。结果 2例视力由术前的手动分别恢复到术后的0.08和0.1,1例视力由术前的光感恢复到术后的0.05;1例视力由术前的眼前无光感恢复到术后的0.4,1例由术前无光感恢复到术后有光感。6例术后视力无恢复。结论神经内镜经鼻视神经管减压术是治疗外伤性视神经病变有效方法。

【Objective】To explore the methods and effects of the treatment of traumatic optic neuropathy after optic canal decompression with nasal endoscopy. 【Methods】11 cases of traumatic optic neuropathy patients, who have done optic canal decompression through nose with nerve endoscope 3 days after injury were reviewed.【Results】The vision acuity of 2 cases improved from hand movement preoperatively to 0.08 after operation. Another one case＇s vision acuity returned to 0.05 compared to light perception preoperatively. There were also 2 cases of them had nonlight perception before the surgery while they had a vision acuity of 0.4 and light perception respectively after the surgery. However, the other 6 cases didn＇t have their eye sights improved after the surgery. 【Conclusion】Optic canal decompression through nose with nerve endoscope is an effective way to cure traumatic optic neuropathy.
