鼻内镜下鼻甲外移联合部分切除或低温等离子消融治疗肥厚性鼻炎疗效分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻甲外移联合部分切除或低温等离子消融治疗肥厚性鼻炎疗效。方法 64例下鼻甲骨性肥大或伴黏膜增生肥厚患者,随机分为外侧壁黏膜下下鼻甲部分切除联合骨折外移术组(部分切除组)和内镜下低温等离子消融术联合骨折外移术组(等离子组),所有患者在鼻内镜下操作,部分切除组予外侧壁黏膜下下鼻甲部分切除联合骨折外移术;等离子组予内镜下低温等离子消融术联合骨折外移术治疗。结果等离子组术后鼻腔反应较轻,患者痛苦较少,并发症较少;VAS评分均较术前明显好转,差异均有显著性(P<0.05),但两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05);两组间疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论两种方法治疗效果都好,但低温等离子消融的效果更好,易于被患者接受,值得临床推广。 【Objective】To discuss the efficacy of endoscopic resection of inferior turbinate relocation combined with lateral wall resection of inferior turbinate mucosa or low-temperature plasma ablation for the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. 【Methods】64 patients with mucosal hypertrophy or with nasal turbinate hypertrophy,were randomized into the lateral wall resection of inferior turbinate mucosa combined relocation fracture surgery group(partial resection), and endoscopic low-temperature plasma ablation combined with fracture relocation surgery group(plasma group), each group was given the appropriate surgery. 【Results】Patients in plasma group had mild postoperative nasal, less patient pain, fewer complications; each group's VAS scores were significantly improved than before surgery, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05), but the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05) between the two groups; and the efficacy between the two groups was no significant difference(P〉0.05). 【Conclusion】Both methods are of good treatment effect. However, the low temperature plasma ablation group has better effect, patients easily accepted, and is worthy of promotion.
