摘要
目的了解四川省省、市(州)、县(区、市三级促进基本公共卫生服务均等化指导中心(指导中心)的人力资源现状,为科学配置指导中心人力资源提供参考依据。方法设计统一的《指导中心人力资源现状调查表》,调查四川省三级指导中心人力资源。结果四川省三级指导中心共有人员2 020人,平均年龄41.37岁,学历以大专为主,职称以中级为主,专业以疾病控制为主;仅有6.93%的指导中心有人员编制,7.35%的工作人员为专职。结论四川省三级指导中心人力资源配置仍需完善,应积极争取人员编制,并加强人力资源的发展和培养。
Objective To investigate the present situation of human resources of the guidance centers to promote equalization of basic public health services of Sichuan province at three levels and provide references for scien- tific allocation of human resources. Methods Unified questionnaires were employed to investigate the human re- sources of the guidance centers in Sichuan province at three levels. Results There were 2020 employees in the centers, with an average age 41.37 ; most of them were of junior college degree and intermediate professional title; the professional was mainly disease control. There were only 6. 93% permanent staff and 7.35%full - timers. Conclusion The human resource allocation in the guidance centers of Sichuan province at three levels still needs improvements. The staffing deserves more effort and human resource development and should be strengthened as well. training
