羧基甜菜碱两性单体的合成、结构表征及应用

摘要 以氯乙酸钠与甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DM)为原料反应合成了一种含甜菜碱结构的两性功能性单体甲基丙烯酸二甲基乙羧基氨基乙酯(DMAC)。对两性单体DMAC的合成工艺进行了研究,最终确定反应温度60℃、氯乙酸钠与DM摩尔比为1.15以及反应时间4 h为最佳合成工艺。用红外光谱与核磁共振表征了其结构。测得其水溶液等电点p H为6.75。 The amphoteric functional monomer dimethyl carboxy methyl methacrylate diethylaminoethyl(DMAC)containing betaine structure was synthesized using sodium chloroacetate and dimethyl amino ethyl methacrylate(DM) as materials. The synthetic process of the DMAC was studied. The best conditions of reaction temperature of 60 ℃, sodium chloroacetate to DM mole ratio of 1.15, and reaction time of 4 h were determined. The structure of DMAC was characterized by means of infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic. The isoelectric point of DMAC is 6.75. The polyacrylate emulsion modified by DMAC was prepared by emulsion polymerization. The results showed that the adhesive peel strength and tensile breaking strength of the resin obviously increased and the water resistance decreased with increasing the contents of DMAC.
