摘要 为了深入研究有机硅改性蛋白纤维并拓展其应用领域,本文首先介绍了三种天然蛋白纤维(胶原蛋白纤维、角蛋白纤维、丝蛋白纤维)的结构特点,重点阐述了氨基有机硅、环氧基有机硅、乙烯基有机硅改性蛋白纤维的基本原理,总结了近年来有机硅改性蛋白纤维在皮革、纺织染整以及生物医用材料领域的应用进展,并展望了其应用前景。 To investigate intensively silicone modified natural fiber materials and furthermore develop their application fields, the structural characteristics of three natural protein fibers, such as collagen fiber, keratin fiber and silk fiber were introduced at first, and then crosslinking mechanisms of natural fibers modified with silicone with amino-group, epoxy-group or vinyl-group, were described in this paper. The application of silicone modified natural fibers in leather manufacturing, dyeing and finishing, and biomedical materials was summarized. Finally, some suggestions with respect to the development of investigating silicone modified natural fibers were provided.
