摘要
由于环保和铬矿资源短缺现状的限制,制革渐向无铬鞣革发展。现已报道的Al鞣剂、醛鞣剂、植物鞣剂、合成鞣剂等非铬盐鞣剂逐渐成为了无铬鞣剂的代表。但单种鞣剂在Ts以及产品性能方面远远达不到铬盐鞣剂的效果,因此几种鞣剂的结合使用在制革鞣制时成了无可厚非的选择方式。本文就植-铝盐结合鞣法、植-醛结合鞣法以及合成鞣剂-树脂结合鞣法成为理想的选择进行综述。
Due to the limitation of environmental protection and chrome resource shortage situation, leather tanning steps gradually toward the chrome-free tanning. It had been reported that series of chrome-free,as Al tanning agents, aldehyde tanning agents, vegetable tanning agents and synthetic tanning agents, etc, gradually turn to selection of chrome-free tanning agents to instead chrome tanning agent.Because those of single tanning agents have the product performances and Ts are far less than that of chrome tanning agent, combination tanning with several tanning agents became a right choice.Regarding several kinds of combination tanning method, Al-vegetable tanning, vegetable tanning-aldehyde and resin-synthetic tanning agent all are desired Selection of chrome-free tanning are summarized.
