郑州中小学生慢性病相关健康行为及影响因素

Prevalence and influencing factors of chronic diseases related behaviors among primary and secondary school students in Zhengzhou city

目的了解河南省郑州市中小学生慢性病相关行为形成状况及影响因素。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样方法,对3 331名中小学生进行慢性病相关健康行为调查,应用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析。结果郑州市中小学生慢性病相关健康行为形成率为67.52%;形成率较高的是经常吃蔬菜水果(86.01%)、不吸烟或有意识避开二手烟(81.84%)、不饮酒(80.94%),形成率较低的是心理压力大或不开心时及时与他人沟通(50.20%),坚持规律的身体活动、生活有规律、不熬夜、不暴饮暴食(59.11%);地区、性别差异对健康行为无影响(均P>0.05),年级、家庭有无卫生工作者对学生慢性病相关健康行为形成率有影响(均P<0.05)。结论郑州市中小学生慢性病相关健康行为形成率有待提高。

Objective To examine the status and influencing factors of chronic disease prevention related behaviors among primary and secondary school students in Zhengzhou city of Henan provence and to provide evidences for the development of health education in the schools. Methods Multi-stage stratified random sampling was adopted and 3 331 students were selected from 6 primary schools,6 junior high schools,and 6 senior high schools in 2 districts and 2 counties for a questionnaire survey. SPSS 18 softw are was used in data analyses. Results Of the students,67. 52% had chronic diseases prevention related behaviors. The students reported higher prevalence rates of taking vegetables and fruits on regular basis（86. 01%）,not smoking or avoiding passive smoking（81. 84%）,and not drinking alcohol（80. 94%） but low er rates of regular physical activity,keeping regular hours in daily life,ensuring sufficient sleeping time,and not eating too much at one meal. No differences in the prevalence rates of health behaviors were observed among the students of different gender and living in different areas（all P〉0. 05）,whereas,grade and whether with a family member working as a health personnel show ed influences on chronic disease prevention related behaviors（all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Chronic diseases prevention related behaviors need to be improved among primary and secondary school students in Zhengzhou municipality.
