砷神经发育毒性及机制研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 砷是一种自然发生的环境毒物,可以通过饮水、呼吸和皮肤接触进入人体内[1-3]。随着砷化合物在工、农、医药等领域的广泛应用,砷毒性对人类健康构成的威胁越来越大。神经系统是砷毒性的重要靶部位。成人慢性砷暴露可导致脑病发生和高级神经系统功能障碍,如学习、近期记忆和注意力受损。
