摘要
国内油气资源开采逐步走向深海,传统的钢制立管已逐渐不能满足深水要求,国内对复合材料立管的研究起步较晚,有必要对复合材料立管的力学性能进行研究。利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立复合材料立管的有限元模型。进行了复合材料立管在内压、外压、拉伸载荷及综合载荷下的应力分析,分析结果显示复合材料结构中环向层主要承受内外压,纵向层主要承受端部张力,MCI部位存在应力集中,提出优化圆角过渡和增加弹性剪切层的办法以改善应力集中。
As the development of hydrocarbon resources in China shifts to deep-sea zones, conventional steel risers can no longer satisfy demands for deep-sea operations. Researches related to composite risers in China started late, and it is necessary to identify mechanical properties of composite risers. By using ABAQUS software, a finite- element model for composite risers has been established. Stress analysis was made for the composite riser under dif- ferent loads like internal pressure, external pressure, and stretching. Results show that circumferential layers with- in composite materials are predominantly subject to internal and external pressures, and lengthwise layers are pre- dominantly subject to tensional forces on tips with stress concentration around the MCI. This paper suggests optimi- zation of round-corner transition and reinforcing of elastic shearing layers to eliminate stress concentration.
