摘要 双扩眼器井底小井眼消除技术是一种高效的随钻扩眼技术,钻进过程中不仅可使用MWD/LWD仪器高质量地测量底部井眼的井斜参数以及电阻率、伽马、密度等地质参数,而且钻进结束后可直接下入较大尺寸的尾管,无需额外的扩眼施工,从而缩短施工时间,节约成本。介绍了Rhino RHE井底小井眼消除系统的组成及Ro D工具的工作原理,阐述了双扩眼器井底小井眼消除技术在墨西哥湾深水环境下的应用效果,并指出施工前要进行Ro D工具安放位置对BHA方位趋势变化的影响、Ro D工具的意外开启和关闭以及水力学模拟分析,这样有助于提高作业成功率。最后建议加强与Ro D工具和Rhino RHE系统功能类似的扩眼器及扩眼技术的研发。 Dual-reamer bottom-hole slim hole elimination is a high efficient reaming while drilling tech- nique. During drilling, MWD/LWD instruments can be deployed to determine inclinations, GR, density and other geologic parameters of the borehole with high accuracy. In addition, large tailpipes can be installed directly upon completion of drilling operations without additional reaming operations. In this way, operation time can be short- ened, whereas costs can be minimized. This paper presents the composition of Rhino RHE bottom-hole slim hole elimination system and operational principles of RoD tool. The paper also reviews application performances of the dual-reamer bottom-hole slim hole elimination technique in deep-water zones of Mexico Gulf. Moreover, simulations and analyses shall be performed for impacts of installation positions of RoD to changes in orientations of BHA, ac- cidental on/off of RoD tool and hydraulic properties to enhance success rates of relevant operations. It can be seen that more researches are required to reamer and reaming techniques with functions similar with those of RoD tool and Rhino RHE system.
