摘要
由于住宅工程建设的内在特质与工程建设管理体制原因,我国住宅工程质量问题频发,住宅工程质量保险制度推进缓慢。为适应全面推进依法治国、实现公民权利保障法治化要求,应通过加快立法工作、构建信用评价体系、改革保险费率、培育第三方鉴定机构等途径,加快推进符合我国国情的住宅工程质量强制保险制度。
Due to the intrinsic characteristics of housing construction and incomplete management system of project construction,accidents related to housing project quality happened a lot in our country and the insurance system of housing project quality advanced slowly. Adapting to the requirements of comprehensively promoting governing by law and realizing the protection of citizens＇ rights legally,our country should speed up legislation,construct credit evaluation system,reform the insurance rate and cultivate third- party authentication institutions,so as to accelerate compulsory insurance system of housing project quality suitable to the national conditions of China.
