日军操纵的新民劳工协会的活动

Activities of Xinmin Labor Association Manipulated by Japanese Army

日军在武力侵占华北后,先后操控成立了华北伪政权、新民会和劳工协会。劳工协会一方面为日伪当局制定和实施劳工政策提供必要的资料,另一方面完全垄断了华北的劳动力市场:只有加入日伪劳工协会才能领取会员证,进而得到就职的推荐;没有新民劳工协会会员证不得就职。在日伪的控制和强迫下,大批华北劳工被送往日本占领区和日本国内,从事繁重、危险的重体力劳动,不少人因受虐待、伤病和过劳而死。应该铭记日军对中国人民犯下的这一严重罪行。

Japanese founded the puppet regime, Xinmin Hui and Labor Association after they invaded North China by force. The Labor Association not only provided the necessary data for the Puppet regime, but also monoplized the labor market completely. Only joining the Labor Association, could people get the membership cards and then be recommended. Those who had no membership cards of Xinmin Labor Association would not get the job. Under the control and force of the puppet regime, a large number of workers engaged in the heavy and dangerous work after they were sent to Japan, or Chinese land occupied by Japan. Many people even died of abuse, injuries and exhaustion. We should remember for ever that Japanese army committed this crime on Chinese people.
