乡土课程实践中的教师发展——乡土课程建设(十)

摘要 乡土课程作为一类特殊课程,其编制与实施过程对教师的课程素养提出了一些个性化的要求:如强烈的与生活融通的课程观、在乡土实境中问题解决学习活动的策划与组织能力等。教师的水平高低决定着乡土课程实践的成败,同样也决定着其能否得到持续性优化改进。本期关注的正是乡土课程实践中的教师发展。乡土课程实践对教师课程素养提出了新挑战,显现了教师生长的新空间。
