摘要
职业技能训练体系中的成长学分制是基于大学生综合素质和职业技能的提高而设置的评价和管理制度。文章以苏州健雄职业技术学院为例,采用问卷调查的方式分析影响成长学分制实施效果的因素,并从内容设计、行为规范、实施路径、评价体系、平台建设等五个方面提出改进建议。
The growth credit system in professional skill training system is an evaluation and management system based on the comprehensive quality and consecutively development of professional skills of College Students. This paper takes the Suzhou Chien-shiung Institute of Technology as an example, analyzes the main factors influencing the effective implementation of the growth credit system by questionnaire survey, and puts forward the improvement suggestions from content design, behaviour norms, implementation path, evaluation system and platform construction.
