液化天然气低温分层数值模拟

Numerical Simulation Study on Cryogenic Storage and Stratification of Liquefied Natural Gas

摘要 为研究液化天然气储罐内的分层现象,通过建立模型并求解N-S方程获得距液面不同高度的温度计算表达式。结合给定储罐及所处环境的参数,计算随时间变化时储罐内的温度分布,并绘制温度变化曲线。该表达式所得理论数据与已有实验数据较符合。对比液氢热分层数值模拟速度分布,验证了该表达式计算的温度分布趋势,进而为液化天然气储罐内因温度分层发生翻滚的极限判据及储罐设计的进一步研究提供理论支持。 This paper focused on stratification within the LNG vessel,and established the stratification model,and obtained the formula which calculated the temperature distribution of the liquid phase in the vessel through solving the N- S equations. With the given parameters of the vessel and the environment,it got specific temperature at specific height in the vessel after a specific period of time,and drawn the temperature curve. The calculates agree with the temperature distribution trend from the cryogenic liquid hydrogen thermal stratification of numerical simulation results,and conforms to the experimental data so that it provides theoretical support for further research on criterion of hierarchical LNG tanks roll limit.
