基于系统聚类方法的我国各地区经济发展能力综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Regional Economic Development Capacity in China Based on Hierarchical Cluster Analysis

采用系统聚类方法,从地区经济增长、结构优化程度、发展质量3项指标综合评价我国各地区的经济发展能力。其中经济增长指标采用人均GDP、GDP增长率2项变量表示;结构优化程度从第三产业比重、居民消费支出占GDP比重这项变量加以分析;发展质量运用全社会劳动生产率、财政收入占GDP比重进行分析。由分析结果可知:我国各地区经济发展能力包括最强、较强、较差、一般、最差5类。综合评价将有助于对不同地区经济发展能力进行比较与借鉴,增强人们对不同地区经济发展能力的认识。

By using the method of hierarchical cluster,the paper evaluated regional economic development capacity in China comprehensively from three indices： regional economic development which is represented by the GDP per capita and GDP growth rate,the degree of structure optimization which is described by the proportion of the tertiary industry and the consumer spending as a share of GDP,the development quality which is done by the total social labor productivity and fiscal income as a share of GDP. The analysis result shows that the regional economic development capacity contains five variables,namely,the strongest,the stronger,the less,original,the worst. It will be useful for the government to compare and imitate the different regional economic development and be useful for strengthening people＇s understanding of different economic development capability in different regions.
