本文结合唐河水电站混凝土面板堆石坝段固结灌浆试验工程实例,介绍了固结灌浆试验的施工过程,对固结灌浆试验中出现的漏浆、孔距以及孔内灌浆分段等特殊情况均提出了解决方案,并以固结灌浆试验及整体固结灌浆效果对提出的方案进行了论证,旨在为类似工程提供借鉴。

In the paper,consolidation grouting experiment project example of concrete face rockfill dam section in Tanghe Hydropower Station is combined for introducing the construction process of consolidation grouting experiment.Solutions are proposed for special conditions in consolidation grouting experiment such as slurry leakage,hole pitch,grouting segmentation in holes,etc.The proposed solutions are demonstrated aiming at consolidation grouting experiment and overall consolidation grouting effect,thereby providing reference for similar projects.
