摘要
目的：探讨育龄女性细菌性阴道病（Bacterial Vaginalis,BV）与阴道加德纳菌（Gardnerel a Vaginalis,GV）感染的相关性，以及BV和GV同时感染与不孕的关系。方法：选取2014年1月至6月来我院就诊的育龄女性（20至35岁）共8594例，采用免疫发光方法检验GV，用唾液酸酶法检验BV，并对结果进行比较和分析。结果：患有BV的病人中GV的阳性检出率为86%，GV与BV呈高度正相关，而在同时感染BV和GV的患者中不孕的发生率为39.4%,数据结果有统计学意义（P〈0.005）。结论：GV是细菌性阴道病的主要致病菌之一，对诊断细菌性阴道病和治疗女性不孕有重要临床价值。
Objective：To explore the correlation of gardnerella vaginalis（GV） and Bacterial Vaginalis（BV）,and to know the Clinical value of gardnerella vaginalis in patients with bacterial vaginalis. Methods：Analyze and compare results of 8594 fertile age female cases from January 2014 to June 2014 in our hospital.Gardnerella vaginalis was detected by immunofluorescence and bacterial vaginalis was detected by the method sialidase.Results：The positive rate of gardnerella vaginalis in patients with bacterial vaginalis was 86%, Gardnerella vaginalis is significantly positively correlated with bacterial vaginalis,infertility wan occurred with the incidence rate of 39.4%in patients with bacterial vaginalis and gardnerella vaginalis, the results were statistically different（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Gardnerella vaginalis is one of the main pathogenic bacteria of bacterial vaginalis,which is of great clinical value on correct diagnosis of bacterial vaginalis and the treatment of female infertility.
