论平等范畴之意蕴及其时代价值

On the Implication of Equality Category and Its Value of Times

中国共产党第十八次全国代表大会的报告指出,把"平等"作为"积极培育和践行社会主义核心价值观"的一个重要的组成要素,有着深刻的时代意义。事实上,一方面说社会主义核心价值观所确立的"平等"概念有着深厚的人本学意蕴,另外一方面看是对人之生存本性的现实规定与存在价值的现实确认。在当代的历史背景中,从时代精神发展的维度出发,可以进一步理解中国特色社会主义价值观的"平等"现实含义及其发展的路径,切实落实"平等"价值观本身所蕴含着的对人的价值和权利的尊重,进而推进对中国特色社会主义"平等"价值观系统整体的建设。因此,只有深入细致地搞清楚这些关于平等的基本问题,才能牢牢把握"平等"价值观的理论导向,从而使得整个社会向着自由、平等、公正、法治的目标不断前进。

The contemporary value of ＂equality＂ proposed on the 18th CPC National Congress as an important element in the idea of ＂actively cultivating and practicing the socialist core values＂ is pregnant with profound time significance. In fact, the con- cept of ＂equality＂ established by socialist core value contains solid humanism connotation, stipulates the nature of human survival and verifies objectively being value. In the background of contemporary history and from the perspective of the evolution of time spirit, we can further understand the practical meaning and evolutionary trend of the ＂equality＂ of the Socialism with Chinese characteristics, realize the human esteem implicated in the ＂equality＂ value, and boost a construction of systematic and integral concept of the ＂equality＂ value with Chinese characteristics. Actually, only by figuring out these basic questions in a meticulous and deep-going way, can we know clearly the theoretical orientation of the ＂equality＂ value and push the whole society progress toward the goal of liberty, equality, justice and the rule of law.
