摘要
依据对上海市某大型商场现场考察的结果,提出通过建设云能耗管理系统的方案来改善商场能耗的管理现状。首先充分搜集建筑信息和设备运行工况,合理设计系统实施方案,解决现场数据采集和传输障碍,完成云能耗管理系统的建设,成功实现云能耗管理系统的稳定运行,提高商场运营管理效率;其次根据云能耗管理系统的统计结果,结合节能工程实际需要,在已有功能基础上进行二次研发创新,设计出设备用能计时功能,并完成现场试验,为未来的节能改造工程效果评估和项目验收提供科学依据。
Problems of high energy consumption and lowenergy management level ubiquitously occur in shopping malls.Based on the results of site inspection of a large shopping mall in Shanghai,a plan named Cloud Energy M anagement System was proposed to improve the poor energy management level of shopping malls.Firstly,building information and equipment operation status were well gathered to rationally design the system implementation plan.Field data collection and transmission problems were finely solved.After the successful construction,Cloud Energy M anagement System realized stable operation.Subsequently,shopping mall operation and management efficiency was enhanced.Secondly,according to the statistic results of Cloud Energy M anagement System,secondary research and innovation,namely timing function of equipment operation,was executed on the basis of existing functions to meet actual needs of energy saving projects.On site trials were completed.Timing results will provide scientific basis for effect evaluation of energy- saving projects and projects acceptance in the future.
