摘要
对密闭电石炉炉气可用性、利用的必要性及技术难点进行介绍。在吸取各家成功经验的基础上,根据密闭电石炉炉气的特征,采用直接燃烧式余热锅炉回收利用密闭电石炉炉气,并介绍该方案的主要技术参数、余热锅炉的主要特点、吹灰器布置、烟气系统流程、主要辅机等,通过此项技术回收利用密闭电石炉炉气,生产中压蒸汽,并使炉气中的有害成分经高温燃烧后分解,以达到减排降污、节能降耗的目的。工程实践表明:直接燃烧式余热锅炉回收利用密闭电石炉炉气的技术方案可将密闭电石炉炉气高效利用,余热锅炉运行安全可靠,同时不影响电石炉的正常生产运行,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。
