磷酸钙生物陶瓷骨诱导机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 磷酸钙生物陶瓷主要包括羟基磷灰石、α/β-磷酸三钙和两者按不同比例组成的混合物.近年来,磷酸钙生物陶瓷已经被大量应用于医学临床上,其在牙科、整形外科和骨科等领域中都有重要的应用价值,而其骨诱导机制也是研究者们一直在探索的难题.对磷酸钙生物陶瓷骨诱导机制的研究进展进行系统全面地评价,并对其下一步的研究方向进行了讨论. Calcium phosphate( Ca-P) bioceramics are mainly composed of hydroxyapatite( HA) andα /β-tricalcium phosphate( α /β-TCP) with different ratios. In recent years,Ca-P bioceramics have been widely used in clinic,which play important roles in dentistry,plastic surgery and orthopedics.The osteoinduction mechanism of Ca-P ceramics has been extensively studied. In this study,we systematically and comprehensively evaluate the research progress of osteoinduction mechanism,and discuss the directions for future research.
