裂解原料轻质化对裂解产物分布的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为考察裂解原料由重变轻给乙烯装置生产带来的影响,选择有代表性的5种轻重不同裂解原料进行了裂解性能的实验室试验,分析了原料从重到轻的典型物性参数变化情况。考察在相同裂解条件下,原料从重到轻裂解时乙烯、丙烯、丁二烯等主要目标裂解产物收率变化情况,以及裂解汽油及裂解汽油中苯、二甲苯等副产物收率变化情况。 To investigate the impact of lighter ethylene feedstock on the production of ethylene plant,this article selects 5 different typical ethylene feedstock to test their pyrolysis performances in laboratory,and analyzes the changes in typical physical parameters as the ethylene feedstock becomes lighter. The changes in the yield of main desired pyrolysis products including ethylene,propylene and butadiene,the yield of pyrolysis gasoline,and the yield of byproducts including benzene and toluene in the pyrolysis gasolineare studied under the same pyrolysis conditions as the ethylene feedstock becomes lighter,providing references for the calculation of the overall economic efficiency of ethylene plant.
