摘要
课堂安全感是教育的一个重大问题,至今仍未引起足够的重视。造成课堂安全感缺失的原因,既有来自学生的,也有来自管理和教师的。老子的管理智慧倡导柔性管理和圣人长而不宰的人格,其对当今中学课堂安全感的建设具有一定的规范意义。
The classroom security is a major issue of education, which has not yet taken seriously enough. Lack of classroom security reasons, both from the students, but also from the management and teachers. Management wisdom of Lao Tzu advocate the flexible management and the personality of sage cultivating without harming, and it has a certain normative sense of security in today 's high school classroom building.
