校企合作策略在“以工促水,水工结合”办学模式改革中的实践研究

长期以来,由于我国传统教育重理论轻实践,致使学术型工程型人才与技术型人才中间出现断层,目前社会急需大批能将科技成果及时转化为物质产品和现实生产、服务的技术型人才。抓住示范校建设契机,积极探索创新办学模式,构建了"以工促水,水工结合"办学模式,并以校企合作策略为助推,培养出了能够更好地适应企业岗位的技能型人才,提升了学校的综合竞争力和社会影响力,在中等职业学校中发挥了引领、辐射及示范作用。

For a long time, our traditional education focuses on theory and doesn＇t take practice seriously, which leads to the great gap between the engineer talent and technology talent; at present, the talents who can convert scientific and technological results quickly to material products, realistic productivity and service are in desperate need. We should seize the opportunity of construction of model school, explore actively innovation of mode of running school, construct＂industry promoting water conservancy and water conservancy combining with industry＂mode of running school, take strategy of school-enterprise cooperation as boosting, cultivate practical talents who can better fit the enterprises position, promote the comprehensive competition and social influence and play a role of guide, radiation and demonstration.
