浅谈少儿舞蹈对注意力的培养

Discussion on Dance's Fostering Children's Attention

笔者认为少儿智力的开发,注意力的培养和提高是首要的。而7-12岁的少儿对事物的专注是随意的、被动的,他们坐不住、好动、容易被周围的新鲜事物所吸引,注意力很难集中。少儿舞蹈从孩子的生理角度和心理角度出发,对少儿注意力的培养有着积极作用,无论是对身体发育还是良好习惯的养成都具有良好向上的积极作用。

I think that it is the most important thing to develop children＇s intelligence, to cultivate their attention and improve it. However, children from 7 to 12 whose attention is optional and passive are attracted easily by the strange things.Thus, it is difficult to concentrate their attention. From the point of view of children＇s physiology and psychology, dance plays a positive role to cultivate their attention, to develop their bodies or to form their good habits.
