摘要
介绍了我国废钢加工设备的种类、特点以及国内外废钢破碎机的发展及应用现状,较为详细地论述了废钢破碎机的结构特点、工作原理及废钢破碎生产线的基本配置和工艺流程。分析得出:为适应"精品废钢"、"精料入炉"、"节能减排"、"绿色钢铁"的生产需要,应大力发展废钢破碎生产线,以促进废钢产业向更精细化方向发展。
Introduced the types and features of steel scrap process equipment in the country and current development and application of steel scrap crusher at home and abroad. Gived a more detailed discussion on the structural characteristics and working principle of scrap crusher and the basic configuration and process flow of scrap crushing line as well. The analysis revealed that： In order to meet with the production requirements i.e. ＂Quality scrap＂, ＂Feed the furnace with fine material,＂ ＂Energy saving emission reduction＂ and ＂Green steel＂, weshould vigorously develop scrap crushinglinetopromotethescrap industry totheorientation of morerefinement.
