摘要
该文在分析大型泵组轴系摆度产生原因的基础上,提出了轴系安装中心调整、轴系裸轴盘车摆度测量以及轴系配合连接面调整等一套调整工艺,利用这些工艺对金湖4#机组进行轴系摆度调整取得了良好的效果,并在同类型机组安装实践中得到了满意的验证,此套工艺可为大型立式水泵机组轴系的摆度调整提供借鉴意义。
Jinhu pumping station has been put into operation since 2003,because of its big swing of shaft system the burn of rubber bearing,blades avoidance shell,supporting bar bending and the connecting screw of inside cylinder fracture failure,such as breakdown often happens. This article is based on the analysis of the reason of causing shaft swing,then the shaft installation center adjustment,bare shaft axis turning place to measure and shaft system match the junction surface adjustment and a set of process are advanced. Good effect has been achieved after implementing the technology in Jinhu pumping station 4#unit,and satisfied the installation practice in the same type unit of validation. This set of process is provided for large-scale pump units adjusting shaft swing.
