摘要
目的探讨NADPH氧化酶NOX2和NOX3基因在胃癌组织中的表达情况。方法收集在我院行胃癌根治术患者的胃癌及自身正常对照组织标本各15例,慢性胃炎患者胃镜下活检胃黏膜组织标本20例,采用实时定量PCR法检测NOX2和NOX3 mRNA的表达情况。结果 NOX2和NOX3 mRNA在胃癌组织中的表达量显著高于自身正常对照组织和慢性胃炎组织;NOX2 mRNA在胃癌自身正常对照组织与慢性胃炎胃黏膜组织中的表达无明显差异;NOX3 mRNA在后两者中的表达量均很少。结论 NADPH氧化酶NOX2和NOX3在胃癌的发生和发展过程中可能发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of NADPH oxidase NOX2 and NOX3 mRNA in human gastric cancer tissues. Methods Fifteen samples from radical resection of gastric cancer,15 samples from normal control group,and 20 biopsies from chronic gastritis patients were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology. NOX2 and NOX3 mRNAs were detected by real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction( RT-PCR). Results The expression of NOX2 and NOX3 mRNAs were significantly increased in the gastric cancer compared to non-cancerous tissues and specimens of chronic gastritis. There was no significant difference in NOX2 mRNA expression between tumor-matched normal mucosa and tissue of chronic gastritis,and the expression of NOX3 mRNA was also very low. Conclusion NADPH oxidase of NOX2 and NOX3 may play an important role in the process of the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
