中西医结合治疗过敏性咳嗽的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of integrated Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of allergic cough

目的观察中西医结合治疗过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将86例过敏性咳嗽患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例,两组患者均以西药进行抗感染、抗过敏、止咳平喘治疗,观察组在此治疗基础上加用中药治疗,并进行疗效评定。结果观察组临床总有效率为90.70%,对照组临床总有效率为72.09%,两组临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法对过敏性咳嗽的临床疗效显著,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of allergic cough. Methods A total of 86 allergic cough patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. Both groups were treated by anti-infection, antiallergic, anti-tussive and antiasthma treatment by Western medicin. The observation group received additional treatment by traditional Chinese medicine. Curative effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.70%, and that of the control group was 72.09%. The difference between two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of allergic cough has precise effect in clinic, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
