全膝关节置换术后应用持续冷疗联合空气波气压治疗的护理效果观察

Nursing effect observation of continuous cryotherapy combined with air wave pressure treatment after total knee replacement

目的探讨持续冷疗联合空气波气压治疗对全膝关节置换术后减轻关节肿痛的效果。方法 120例行全膝关节置换术后患者,按入院先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用cryu-cuff加压冷疗自动循环系统持续冷疗,观察组采用cryu-cuff加压冷疗自动循环系统联合空气波气压治疗,观察两组患者关节疼痛、肿胀程度。结果观察组关节疼痛程度、患侧关节肿胀值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续冷疗联合空气波气压治疗对全膝关节置换术后患者减轻关节肿痛有较好疗效,利于患者早期康复训练,有效促进关节功能恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous cryotherapy combined with air wave pressure treatment for relieving swelling and pain in joint after total knee replacement. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing total knee replacement were randomly divided into control group and observation group by their admission order, and each group contained 60 cases. The control group received continuous cryotherapy by cryu-cuff pressurized cryotherapy automatic cycle system, and the observation group received additional air wave pressure treatment for combination treatment. Swelling and pain degree in joint of the two groups were observed. Results The observation group had lower indexes of joint pain degree and swelling in injured joint than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of continuous cryotherapy and air wave pressure treatment has good curative effect in relieving swelling and pain after total knee replacement. It can provide benefits for early rehabilitation exercise and knee joint recovery, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
