牙龈部扁平苔藓患者伴发牙周病30例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 30 patients with oral lichen planus combined with periodontal disease

目的观察牙龈部扁平苔癣(OLP)患者伴发牙周病的临床特点,探讨牙龈部扁平苔癣伴发牙周病的治疗思路,为临床工作提供参考。方法选取2012年2月至2013年3月濮阳市安阳地区医院口腔科收治的142例牙龈部扁平苔癣患者为观察对象,其中30例牙龈部扁平苔癣患者为观察组,其他112例病例为对照组,对比两组患者的治疗效果、牙周病情况及扁平苔癣病变程度的差异。结果 1观察组治疗后治愈6例,显效13例,有效5例,无效6例,总有效率为80%,低于对照组(91.96%)。2观察组伴牙周病28例,对照组24例。结论牙龈部扁平苔藓伴牙周病的发病率比其他部位更高,治疗时应同时针对扁平苔癣与牙周病可以有效提高治疗效果,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical features of patients with oral lichen planus （OLP） combined with periodontal disease, and investigate the treatment of OLP combined with periodontal disease, and thus to provide references for clinical work. Methods One hundrad and forty-two cases of OLP patients were selected as the research objects, including 30 cases of gingival lichen planus patients as the observation group, the other 112 cases as control group, and the differences of treatment, periodon- tal disease and lichen planus lesions of the patients between the two groups were compared. Results ① In the observation group, 6 cases were cured after treatment, effective in 13 cases, slightly effective in 5 cases, invalid in 6 cases, the total effi- ciency rate was 80% , which was lower than that of the control group （91.96%）. ② Twenty eight cases were combined with per- iodontal disease in the observation group and twenty four in the control group. Conclusion The rate of OLP combined with peri- odontal disease is higher than that happened in other parts of the body, and its treatment should focus on OLP and periodontal disease at the same time to improve the treatment effect, so it is worthy of being promoted in clinical application.
