摘要
随着"微"时代的到来,微课程成为教育领域新的课程形式和教学资源。基于远程教育平台的微课程,以内容精炼、时长缩短、时间灵活等特点,适用于在职开放教育学员。构建开放大学微课程体系,应考虑开放学员的认知特点、学习动机和学习方式等因素,以程序教学/小步调教学理论、建构主义学习理论和学习动机理论为基础。微课程应用于开放大学非正规教育领域,将为开放大学微课程资源建设提供理论基础和实践支持。
With the arrival of “ micro” era, micro-lecture becomes a new curriculum form and teaching resources in education field. Micro-lecture based on distance education platform, with the characteristics of content refining, time shortening and time flexibility, is suitable for adult students in open University. The construction of micro-lecture system requires the open University to consider its students' cognitive characteristics, learning motivation, learning style and etc. and takes program teaching/ small steps teaching theory, constructivism learning theory and learning motivation theory as its foundation. Micro-lecture application in the informal education field of open University will provide a theoretical basis and practical support for its resource construction.
