主机装配模块化设计方法研究

摘要 为应对金融危机及激烈的市场竞争,造机公司科学配置资源、挖潜增效,通过生产方式的结构性调整,进一步理顺主机工艺流程,实现主机装配模块化,即将主机分为三大段预装,包括机座总成预装、机架总成地面预装和缸体总成地面预装,达到了缩短主机建造周期、提高主机清洁度和质量的目的。 In order to cope with the financial crisis and the fierce market competition, machine building company scientifically allocates resources and tapes the potential synergies. According to production pattern's structural adjustment, machine building company further rationalizes the main engine process flow, realizes its assembly modularity, that is to divide the main engine into three sections preloaded, including the base assembly preloaded, flame assembly ground preloaded and cylinder assembly ground preloaded, achieving the goal of shortening main engine's construction period, improving main engine's cleanliness and quality.
