摘要
结合FPSO抗风浪能力强、作业区域适应水深范围广、储油卸油能力强,以及可转移、重复使用的结构特点,基于QHSE管理体系对船厂FPSO坞修工程进行研究,分析质量、健康、安全和环境4个方面的管理对船厂FPSO坞修进度的影响,从而有针对性地对FPSO坞修工程进行过程控制,对FPSO坞修工程的进度控制有一定的指导意义。
Combined with its strong anti-wave capability, wide range of adaptive water depth, strong oil storage and discharge ability, and the transferable, reusable structural characteristics, the researcher makes research on shipyard's FPSO docking repair project, analyzes the influence of quality, health, safety and environment management on shipyard's FPSO docking repair schedule, based on QHSE management system, so as to control FPSO docking repair project process, which has a certain guiding significance for FPSO docking repair project schedule control.
