摘要 对世界上非焦煤炼铁的主要工艺Finex、HIsarna、HIsmelt进行了分析,用热力学原理对非焦煤炼铁条件进行了可行性研究。Finex是目前唯一实现规模化生产的流程,其流程的优势在于气化炉产生的煤气经过重整脱除CO2后进入流化床,极大提高了流化床的预还原率,从而给气化炉最终还原稳定得到铁创造了关键的条件,这有可能是Finex流程成功的根本原因;但其需要改进的是,吨铁使用400Nm3的氧气比理论值高出一倍多,造成了大量的炼铁煤气。因此找到一种适合中国并切实可行的熔融还原工艺是当务之急。 Main global non-coking coal ironmaking processes were analyzed, such as Finex,Hlsarna and Hlsmeh, feasibility of non-coking coal ironmaking was researched by thermodynamic theory. Finex is the only process in scale production, gas that is from the gasifier is reformed by removing CO2 to enter fluidized bed, most obvious advantage is that pre-reduction rate is extremely improved to provide conditions for receiving hot metal in fi- nal reduction, perhaps this is the key factor for success. Some matters must be improved, oxygen consumption 400Nm3/tFe is as twice high as theory value at least, so much gas was produced. It is important to find a suitable and feasible China melting reduction process.
