摘要
针对平行刃剪切机传动装置在运作过程中产生的振动特性进行动力学分析,利用牛顿力学方法,建立了传动装置中齿轮动力学分析模型,利用Runge-Kutta法对其振动特性进行求解,得出传动装置中齿轮啮合过程的振动特性曲线,可以直观的了解在实际工况条件下传动装置中齿轮啮合的振动特性。在满足剪切机实际运作工况的条件下了解其传动装置的动力学特性,可以减少剪切机各部件因振动问题引起的疲劳损坏、不稳定运行和寿命缩短等问题,在理论和实际应用上都具有重要意义。
In this paper, the vibration characteristics of parallel blade shears in the operation process were analyzed. The dynamics analysis model of gears was built through Newtonian Mechanics. The vibration characteristic curve of the meshing process of gears was obtained through calculation with Runge-Kutta Method. The vibration characteristic of the meshing process of gears in actual working conditions can be understood visually. This will reduce the problems caused by the vibration of shears parts, such as fatigue failure, unsteady operation, lifetime reduction, and so on. This has important significance both in theory and practical application.
