结合实际工程项目,就六辊单机架冷轧节能降耗技术进行了探讨。就影响轧机可变费用成本的主要技术指标电耗、辊耗、轧制油耗等进行了分析研究,并提出相应的节能降耗方法。部分技术经机组实际应用后,各项技术经济指标均达到了国内先进水平。对冷轧技术的发展具有一定的参考借鉴意义。

Combining with the actual engineering project, this thesis discusses the technology of saving energy and reducing cost while using 6-Hi cold mill. Thus put forwards the primary influence factors in rolling strip, such as power, roll waste, rolling oil and etc. the method of saving energy and reducing waste is put forwords so. Various technical and economic indexes have reached the advanced standard in China after application to the actual project. Furthermore, it provides the feasible technology scheme for cold rolling technology.
