摘要
目的了解本科学生对《社会调查研究方法》设置的满意度及需求情况。方法采用自行编制的调查表对广西医科大学公共事业管理专业及其相关专业本科在校生进行问卷调查。结果学生对该课程理论课及实践课内容设置是比较满意的,77.4%学生认为该课程理论课内容合理,84.0%学生认为实践课内容合理;但是在课时设置、时间安排及实践课时上满意度相对较低,73.6%学生认为课程时间安排不合理或有待改进,52.8%学生认为每周课程量太大,93.4%的学生认为实习课时应超过3次以上,69.8%的学生认为教师在授课过程中要加强学生能力的培养,分析可能的原因与该课程实用性强、学生自身对实践的兴趣程度以及教师授课技巧有关。结论广西医科大学公共事业管理专业的《社会调查研究方法》课程体系需要进一步加以调整和优化完善该课程设置,同时教师要适当转换授课方式,加强教材内容与实际工作的衔接,加强师生之间的沟通,从而提高教学质量,培养具有实践能力的高素质卫生管理人才。
Objective To understand the undergraduates' satisfaction and demand of curriculum for "Social Research Methods". Methods Survey of public utilities management or relevant professional bachelors of Guangxi Medical University by Using self-prepared questionnaire. Results Beehelors were quite satisfied in the class curriculum of the theory and practice lesson content settings. 77.4% of bechelors believed that the theory course content was reasonable, and 84.0% of students thought that's a reasonable practice lesson content. The student satisfaction with the class set up, schedule and hours of practice was relatively low. 73.6% of students believed that the course schedule was unreasonable or could be improved, 52.8% of students believed that too many courses per week, 93.4% of students believed that practical lessons should be more than three times, 69.8% of students believed that teachers in the teaching process should to enhance students' ability. Analyzing the possible causes, That may be related to the usefulness of the course, students' extent of loving the practice and teaching tips for teachers .Conclusion The "Social Research Methods" course system of Guangxi Medical University needs to be adjusted and optimized to further improve the curriculum. Meanwhile, the professor teaching methods should be properly converted, strengthen the interface with the actual work of teaching materials, and the professors are should to strengthen the interface teaching materials and practical work, to enhance communication between teachers and students in order to improve the quality of teaching and training of qualified health management personnel who have the practical ability.
