摘要
通过临床实验研究急性心肌梗死的患者血压上的变异性变化以及心室重构后的相关临床影响问题。针对原发性高血压变异性进行分析,心脏的整体功能降低,造成血量不足,是影响心脏变异和心事重构的原因,甚至晚期会造成心衰。心肌梗死患者的血压变化应该及时控制完善,防止产生心室重构。
Through the clinical experiment research change the variability of blood pressure in patients with acute myocardial infarction and the related clinical effects of ventricular remodeling after problems.According to the variability of primary hypertension were analyzed, and the function of the heart is reduced, cause blood volume is insufifcient, affects the heart variation and the cause of the heart remodeling, even late can cause heart failure. The blood pressure in patients with myocardial infarction changes should be timely control, prevent ventricular remodeling of the problems.
