腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术的效果研究

The Effect of Laparoscopic Uterine Fibroids Divest Technique Research

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者88例,按照治疗方式划分,对照组43例使用开腹子宫肌瘤剥除术,观察组45例使用腹腔镜下小切口子宫肌瘤剥除术,对比两组效果。结果观察组手术相关情况均显著优于对照组,术后并发症为8.9%,对照组为23.3%,两组对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术效果优良,有推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic uterine fibroids stripping technique.Methods Select our hospital of 88 patients with uterine fibroids were divided according to the treatment mode, the control group using open uterine fibroids divest 43 cases and observation group 45 cases of small incision using laparoscopic uterine ifbroids divest, compared the effect of the two groups.Results Observation group were significantly better than control group, postoperative complications was 8.9%, control group is 23.3%, contrast differences were statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic uterine ifbroids stripping effect is good, has promoted value.
