摘要
目的：研究分析生理性海水在鼻内镜术后的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2013年1月～2014年8月期间通过实施鼻内镜术治疗慢性鼻窦炎与鼻息肉患者49例，观察组采用生理性海水冲洗鼻腔；对照组采取庆大霉素与生理盐水冲洗鼻腔。比较两组的治疗效果。结果采用生理性海水冲洗鼻腔的观察组患者能够有效改善鼻腔粘膜的修复情况，促进鼻腔粘膜快速恢复功能，治疗效果明显高于对照组，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论在鼻内镜术后采用生理性海水冲洗患者鼻腔，避免鼻腔粘连，提升治疗效果。
Objective To study the analysis of physiological sea water in the clinical application effect of nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods From January 2013 to August 2013 through the implementation of nasal endoscopic surgery during the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in patients with 49 cases.Results The observation group patients using physiological sea water washing nasal cavity can effectively improve the nasal mucosal repair situation, promote the function of nasal mucosa quick recovery, treatment effect is signiifcantly higher than control group （P〈0.05） difference was statistically significant.Conclusions In patients with nasal endoscopic surgery using physiological sea water washing nasal, avoid nasal cavity adhesion, improve therapeutic effect..
