微创痔疮手术治疗严重痔疮患者的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Minimally Invasive Treatment for Patients With Severe Hemorrhoids Operation

目的：研究分析微创痔疮手术（PPH）治疗严重痔疮的临床效果。方法2002～2013年我院共接收了88例严重痔疮患者，将其分成对照组和治疗组，均有44例患者。对照组患者接受常规手术治疗，治疗组使用PPH治疗。对两组的治疗效果、住院时间等进行比较。结果治疗组患者的平均住院时间和平均手术时间均要短于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组的并发症几率是9.09%，对照组的并发症几率是20.45%，存在差异性（P＜0.05）。结论临床中使用微创痔疮手术进行严重痔疮治疗具有比较好的效果，患者治疗时间和住院时间均比短，术后恢复快，并发症几率低。

Objective To study the analysis of minimally invasive surgery hemorrhoids （PPH） clinical effect for the treatment of severe hemorrhoids. MethodsFrom 2002 to 2013 in our hospital received a total of 88 cases of severe hemorrhoids patients, divided into the treatment group and the control group had 44 patients. ConclusionThe clinical use of minimally invasive surgery hemorrhoids for severe hemorrhoids treatment has a good effect, patients treatment time and hospitalization time were shorter, faster postoperative recovery, complications were low, so it can be used widely in clinical practice.
